First Floor:

- Second bedroom with a triple bunk (4ft 6in bottom bed, 3ft top)

- Modern well equipped kitchen with built in dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer
- Open plan lounge/dining room with electric fire, sofa, a sofa bed, two dining areas, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player
- Heated conservatory
